After the introduction of the Euro the interest rates in Europe have gotten closer together than ever before. The only real difference nowadays is the national differences in legislation and customs.

Mortgages of (over) 100% that are given in the UK or Western Europe are practically impossible to obtain in Spain.

Every non-resident owner of a Spanish property has the obligation to do a yearly tax-declaration before the end of the following year.

We will calculate the amount of tax you have to pay, fill in the forms and hand them in at the bank for a very competitive price.

For residents we can also arrange the yearly tax declaration (NB: 2004 had to be before June 30th 2005)

Taxes and Rates from the Councils in Spain are called "voluntary" payments. 

This means that if you do not receive a bill, you are supposed to get one yourself and pay it. No need to say that, with the malfunctioning Spanish mail deliveries, plenty of people do not pay their bills on time and are fined 20% or more.
