MANAGEMENT, more than it seems

 

 

When you own a house in which you live all year, you check it constantly, without even realizing it. If you check your water bill you do that to see what there is to be paid, not to see if there's a water leak under your house. However, if the bill is too high, you check it out.

Having a house in Spain means that you cannot check it yourself, at least no more than once every few months.

That is why we offer you a package that does everything you would do yourself if you would not live so far away.

 

 

 

1. CHECK ON YOUR HOUSE

On a weekly basis we do a check on your house. We do not mean walk around it to see if it is still there, but a real check on everything that might be wrong.

If the weather has been really bad, we do an extra check.

 

 

 

 

2. CHECK ON YOUR BILLS

Every bill we receive for you will be checked and compared to the last bill, to see whether it is OK. If it is not, we will contact the company in question to see what is the matter.

 

 

 

3. CHECK ON YOUR MAINTENANCE

When we find something that needs taking care of, we immediately give you a call and inform you about the work to be done.

 

 

4. OVERSEE YOUR WORKERS

If you have a garden, pool or there are workmen for any other part of your house (temporarily or steadily), we check on them to see if they do what you pay them for.

 

 

 

 

5. CLEAN YOUR HOUSE

If you let us know a few days in advance when you will be here, we will make sure the house is cleaned before your arrival.

 

 

 

6. MAKE SURE ALL RATES AND TAXES ARE PAID

Nothing is so easily forgotten as paying rates and taxes for a house in a foreign country. We will make sure you will be warned in time about the amounts due and the final payment days.

 

 

7. REPRESENT YOU TOWARDS COUNCIL AND OTHERS

Everybody that might get in touch with you will have our telephone number and we will deal with all that has to be done.

 

 

 

 

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

 

 

 

8. COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

If you own commercial real estate we can do your rental cash-in, and represent you towards your tenants

 

 

 

9. OUTDOOR SIGNS

If you wish we can put a sign next to your door with our name and telephone number. This way, if something happens, people can always reach us and this could save a lot of time and/or money (e.g. in the case of a burglary or fire)

 

 

10. RENTALS and SALES

As you can see on the respective pages of this website, sometimes clients ask us to rent out their houses and sometimes to sell them.

We do this on request, but there is absolutely no obligation for our clients to do their rentals or sales via us. 

 

11. "LONG TERM" POOL CLEANING

If your house is not used for months nobody will have it cleaned weekly. Why would you do that with your pool then??

If you will not use your house for months on end, we can offer you the fitting cleaning service, you will save months of pool-cleaners' fees and it will still be ready for use when you arrive. Contact us and we will explain the ins and outs of this service. 

 

 

 

 

REPRESENTATION, an easy solution

 

If you live in Spain all year, but do not speak Spanish well enough, we got the solution for you:           

let us represent you. 

 

We will inform all authorities that we handle your affairs and inform you straight away when anybody has called us for you.

                       Easier we cannot make it for you.
